My Story

​Hi there, I’m Sandy Webster — boot geek, alignment nerd, and lifelong student of how the human body moves. I’ve been in the ski boot world since the late '70s, and I still love chasing the perfect fit that helps athletes perform at their best. Sandy Webster is a veteran in the world of ski boot fitting and alignment, with over four decades of experience rooted in kinesiology and elite-level performance. His journey began in 1979 as part of SuperFeet’s first month-long training program for fully casted skithotics, where he trained under industry pioneers Dennis Brown, Chris Smith, and Sven Coomer. That experience launched a career that has spanned coaching, race program management, and high-level collaborations with Lange, Tecnica, and Dalbello. Sandy currently works on long-term contracts with a leading retailer as a race manager and boot fitter, and with a top-tier ski boot manufacturer as a program manager. He provides direct boot service and alignment solutions to elite athletes — including numerous World Cup winners. Known for his deep technical knowledge and hands-on approach, Sandy is passionate about the “dark room” of alignment — the often- overlooked key to unlocking true skiing performance. His sessions blend biomechanics, real-world experience, and a relentless pursuit of the perfect fit.
