About Brian Foley:

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, and currently based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Brian has worked extensively in ski retail, race departments, orthotics, and professional boot fitting since 1996. His career includes leadership positions with some of the Midwest's premier ski retailers, including serving as Head Boot Fitter at Hoigaard's, Race Department Manager at Pierce Skate & Ski, and Department Manager at Galyan's.

Since 2019, Brian has served as a Field Expert for Sidas, supporting industry professionals through product education and technical expertise across the Sidas, Podiatech, Pro Sports, and Sidas Academy brands. His work combines advanced boot-fitting techniques with a deep understanding of foot biomechanics, orthotic technology, and skier performance.

Brian earned a Degree in Orthotic Technology and became a Certified Orthotic Fitter in 2017, further strengthening his ability to provide customized solutions for athletes and outdoor enthusiasts.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brian is deeply committed to growing participation in winter sports. In 2009, he co-founded Padraig's Place Adaptive Winter Sports at Buck Hill Ski Area in Burnsville, Minnesota, where he serves as Executive Director. The organization provides opportunities for individuals with disabilities to experience and enjoy winter sports in an inclusive environment.
