Scholarships 

The Board of The Global Association of Professional Boot Fitters is a group of top level experts in the field of ski boot fitting. Their experience spans decades of fit expertise, a broad bio-mechanic understanding of how the skier adapts, material science, assessment and evaluation of physiology, underfoot support/alignment and cutting edge techniques to fit the boot to the foot. Our goal is to provide new and seasoned ski boot fitters with the most up to date information to aid in their fit process, helping them become more knowledgeable, and in turn, benefit their customers professionally. It is within this framework that we wish to offer grants to eligible candidates. Our vision is to provide these candidates with the ability to attend boot fit seminars and reduce financial hardship. The ideal candidates should have some practical working experience with ski boot fitting, and be motivated to increase their education. A future commitment to ski boot fitting of at least 5 years is recommended, we want the ideal candidates to have a thirst for knowledge and be leaders for others to follow.

A number of scholarships are available of up to $500 depending on the course selected
